Looking for the casement window operator

Hi, On the parts shown in the attached picture, the name on the part is Entry Gard (Truth) there are 5 digit numbers on each of the individual parts: The main hub with the gear assembly is #45179 the other numbers on the individual connected parts are: #40753, #20810

The # on the crank is 30636. It is for the left. Please help identify. Thank you.

The handle that opens and closes the retractable window is broken. The Marvin handle is 5.5 inches long. We are looking to replace the handle with a non-broken one. Please let us know if you can find the handle for one and if you can what the price would be. Thanks

I just bought the 39-032 operator to fix my window. When installing it I found out that the wheel on the arm is about twice as thick as the original operator and doesn't fit in the existing track. What tracks do you have that will work with the new operator? My existing track looks exactly like ... (cont.)

I ordered several EntryGard 39-032 and 39-031 dual Arm operators to replace my existing. When I went to replace one I noticed the shorter arm was longer than the existing, resulting in it hitting the track when closing. I thought I could compensate for this by moving the track about 3/4". When I tri ... (cont.)

Truth brand. Multiple windows have cranks that open window well but spins freely in trying to close window. Pictures show main dimensions and markings.

I need a complete set of left side replacement parts for two of my Waterville windows. the mechanisms have rusted away. enclosed is a photo of the mechanism for the other window. I have attached 3 photos of the current windows I have. There are many where the gears are worn out or broken in addition to some of the "arms". Most of the windows have what appears to be 3 "arms" - the longest arm is 9.5" with the shorter arm at 4". I looked at your 39-031 for both the ri ... (cont.)

Does the link offset on the short arm go up or down as you move away from the crank? I've seen both options on other websites but it looks like you only have one option and I can't tell which one it is. The Truth model numbers are 15.10 and 15.61.

The attached image is the existing crank on an awning window. The gear is stripped, so when you turn the handle nothing happens. You will note, this handle is built into the frame of the window.
