39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Over 20 Years old and wanting to fix broken parts.

Windows likely installed in 2000. Need to replace opening mechanism on several, but having a hard time determining manufacturer, part number, etc.

The main shaft that run the opener gear detaches and screws out of the housing

the window will roll out, but not back in. I cannot separate the gear auger from the handle. I wonder how that is done as the handle is usually sold separately. It appears if I could get the gear auger separated that there is a little silver seal that maybe could be pounded in place and then the han ... (cont.)

I need both left and right window cranks mechanisms because the handles come off when you try to crank the windows open. I'd like to replace it all.

I am looking for replacements for both types of operators.

I think the window is a Jeld-Wen window from around 1998. The window size is tall and narrow (55x16). The long bar connected to the crank handle is 11 1/2 inches long, and it is a right-sided crank out. Do you have a replacement part for this or do you know where I can get one? Thank you. Mike ... These windows were built/installed in 1985. I see "Truth" on the crank mechanism. Will need a left and right arm replacement in white as well as the locking mechanism as well.

Hello Swisco! We have Pozzi casement windows and one of the operators isn’t cooperating. It’s a left hinge, right opening window and the operator cranks counter-clockwise to open the window.
