I received #32-032, EntryGard Dual Arm Operator from Swisco. And I checked the operator but the link arm measures 4-7/16" overall with a downward offset. I would like to have an EntryGard Dual Arm Operator with an upward offset arm. Please let me know the part number. Thanks.

IMG 2319 shows the left window with crank missing. It is the left window, if inside and looking out. The other photos (right side) show the type/size of window operator needed to replace the left window operator. So i'd like to replace the one operator in IMG 2319. Can you tell me what part that ... These are on 20+ Caradco Casement windows in a home we recently purchased (I've included a pic,too). Do you have operators, handles, and covers that will work? TY --Reed G.

Please see the photo uploaded. I am looking for the two parts that are circled in red. It appears that the screw piece is stripped, and the cover is cracked. The handle appears to be fine. Thank you!

This is pictures I have of a Truth Mechanical crank wooden window opener. The old one is worn out and I am trying to find a replacement.

The original is the operator stamped townside is the original, on the opposite it is stamped 'entry guard truth 40754'. The operator is the one I ordered as a replacement. Everything works well with this operator except that the ending of the arm is not the same bushing. Is this something that ... (cont.)

Window operator gear stripped

hard plastic weatherseal on sides of casement windows, just under 1" in width, do not know name of manufacturer, do you have a seal that could fit? looks like it was stapled in place, windows are about 48" long.

Have a 30710 truth but the one i received is an opposite throw how do i return new one and get the truth 30710 Thx

I'm trying to identify the parts needed to replace the opening mechanisms fore these windows. Some will need need replacement of the tracks under the window (where the opening arm/wheel fits into), but I do not have a picture of the track.

Part # 40372 - Truth - On very far right side it has the number 37 and on the very far left side it has 87. Need whole assembly with both arms as pictured not sure if I will need a crank handle? Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you Lisa
