Hi,This crank opener does not work. I hope you can tell what is needed. The long arm is about 9" long (definitely less than 10"). The short arm was about 4.5". I believe this window is a little over 20 years old. Let me know if you need more information. Thanks,Jim

Need help figureing out which replacement hinges for my casement window I need. I need both right and left openers.

I have a Marvin casement window that the crack is not working properly. I found markings on the hardware "Entrygard" on the long arm, and "31538A" on the short arm. Please help me find the replacementy part for that.

I request the replacement parts for this bedroom window if which the crank know and gears won't close all the way without going outside and pushing the windiw closed.

Hi guys, I'm trying to replace a casement window operator and having trouble finding the correct one. Windows are Jeld-Wen about 15 years old.

Looking for 2 left crank outs .

I need to indentify this entire window crank. I tried researching using what was on there but I could not find it

Opens left, there are numbers 20810 on one piece and 30744 on another (see pics) Unit is approx. 35 yrs old, and the crank screw is worn. Pic 3649 is best shot of whole unit. Randy Larzelere randylarz@gmail.com

Need to replace some cranks at an apartment complex. Crank arm is labeled as a L-31538A and the other arm is a 30767. Was told that these parts are obsolete. Any suggestions?

It appears that the bushing collar has been removed or was destroyed. I need either a replacement bushing collar or a new operator

Hi there, I was hoping you could help me find replaments with photos. I need 3 please. Two that open to the left, and one that opens to the right, and the tracks that go on the window.

I would like to know the part number for the crank mechanism. The window measure 30"-31" wide and it is a right handed window thanks.

Need help identifying these windows. Thought they were Pella but Pella never used any of this hardware. No identifying logos but a manufacture date of January 1991.
