Entry Guard TRUTH is stamped on the long arm. 20810 is stamped on the shorter arm . 40471 is stamped into the mounting plate. Dear Sir or Madam, Mine marked Entry Gard Truth, on the main plate upper hand corner is 40471 and crooked elbow is 3084IL and measures about 4. 7/16". Please advise Thank you Phil

This is an older bay window, the sticker says Eagle window and door inc. Want to get different hardware some of these are broken and would like a different color.

Hi, I have two wood casement windows 26 and 9/16" wide. The white plastic crank cases are mounted on the left side of the 1st window and the right side of the 2nd.
