39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I have windows that are striped out and not working. The handles will just open the window and when trying to close will just unscrew and come off. The look to be 9 1/2 arms only makings i can find is Somco. and a part number on the arm of 30744. Please help

It appears the crank is Truth brand 30710

I have left and right casement windows, they both need new hardware. The original hardware(tracks and screws) are rusted and disintegrated. I was hoping based on those serial numbers or product numbers from the pictures I can get the right parts!

Hi, I've got a customer that has sent me this photo for a casement operator to be replaced. I haven't taken the measurements yet, but I thought I'd check to see if the photo with the logo would be sufficient to find a suitable replacement. Thanks in advance. Andy

This is the opening mechanism for a window in my very old house, I'm not sure how old the part is but I would love to find the same one somewhere. I uploaded pictures of the markings on the part, let me know if I can help in any other way.

Dear Paul, I have Caradco windows throughout my property. On several of them Crank Handle (39-114) and Truth Operator Cover fell apart, exposing mechanisms. Biltbest is written on cranks. Need to replace existing openers. The crank handle is loose in the housing. Do you carry something that would work? Need 4. Not sure how much I would need to replace. Entire mechanism? Just the crank? Any advise? Thanks in advance! -Lorri
