39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Hi - I have several windows in my house (built by Pardee, San Diego area, 1991) that need the crank operators replaced. There are no identifying marks on the hardware that I can find. Opener says EntryGard Truth on the arm. Long arm is 9.5 inches stamped with #40754 and small arm is 8 inches stamped with #31538. I think it is a KK window. US patent 4.241.541.

Arm won't attach to slide support , looks like attachment nipple broken . Window won't open and close correctly . Selling home , need parts for replacement . Can you help me with identifying correct part needed .

I need to replace two split arm operator

Trying to figure out what to use to replace the Truth operator shown. The number stamped on the hinged arm is 30637 and the arm os about 4.5" long. The long arm is about 9" long. On the rotator cover, the number stamped is 30710.

I am looking for the sash lock and the sash pivot for the double hung. And the operator and cover on the casement window. the casement operator has the number 31538 stamped on the split arm and EntryGard truth on the straight arm.

The arm mechanism on the bottom has the # 30A72 RH. Then on the top is 20810If you can please give us some information This house was built in 1989 if this helpsLet me know if you need any more informationThank you for your time Cheryl

I need a new one please! I was sent part # 39-156 It was a very close fit but the arms were different lengths. I need those arm lengths at 4-7/8" and about 10-7/8" based on the lengths posted for the part you sent me. All else seemed to be fine. Also I need to know if I'll need another crank handle ... Casement window is Twin light horizontal series 850.This is the left window and opens outside to the left when the cranks is operated. Hello,I need to replace a left-handed Truth Entrygard for my window. Crank opens, but no longer shuts. Opposite of what is depicted photos. Need left crank, not right crank. What part do I order?ty,F.

This says Entry Guard truth, metal attached to window is 11 1/4", arm coming out is Approximately 8 1/2 to 9". This window cranks out to the left when you ard facing it. I have a Truth window crank that is no longer working properly. It seems as if something has been stripped, as the window does not move when you rotate the handle. The long brass bar has printed on it: "Entry Gard Truth" The shorter dog-legged brass bar has on it: "30842R" You can see both the above by expanding the picture. \

As you can see in the pictures, the gear mechanism for the swingarm on these discontinued certainteed windows has broken inside of the window, I was hoping I could get help identifying the part numbers and get a price quote so I can replace the mechanism.
