39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Looking for the replacement to the TRUTH hardware and the soft plastic foam filled seal I am holding. These are K/K Windows as seen on the crank cover. 25+ years old. I am reworking the wood but need seals to replace the old seals. HELP!

Numbers are 40254, 30710,

Truth entry guard 40754 , arm 20755, 2054c.

Looking for a replacement for a Truth 40254 window operator.

I'm thinking this is your part called Entrygard dual arm operator product code 39-032. It's truth hardware. Short arm has 20810 and 30842R on it. It's 4 inches and 7/16 long. The long arm is about 10 3/4. Do I need the short arm bracket as well? My problem is the window cranks out but not in. T ... (cont.)

To Whom it May Concern, We have a K & K casement window that was installed 30 years ago and we need to replace the operator. The only number on the operator that I found was 40471. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Joe

I'm trying to find replacement hardware for 2 casement windows. The old mechanism's say Entry Guard and shows # 30744 on the arm. Can you ID from this? Please advise. Thank you, Tom

I need a new operator for a crestline window. It opens to the left when opening up looking outside. It is stamped 20810. The lower arm is 5 1/2 inches, middle arm is 8 1/2 inches and top L shape arm is 4 1/2 inches. Thanks for your help

We installed our window in 1985 which are Pozzi wood casement with aluminum cladding on the outside. They have an apparent defect from new in that the geared stem that the crank attaches to was pressed into the crank assembly but the pressure from closing the windows puts extreme upward pressure on ... I need to replace the operating mechanism to a truth window. I would like to go bronze in color. I have window locks too. Can you recommend what I need to order for parts. Hi, I am pretty sure that the attached part is your part #39-031 and 032, but please confirm. On the back of the 10-3/4" arm has markings of "LH 30470" and on the 4-7/16" section, it's marked "20810" Thank you in advance for your assistance. Gary

We have a Entry Gard number on the long arm is 30472RH on the shorter it is 30842R and the shortest is 20810. The number where the on the crank is 30830. My husband has highlighted the part that we are after. It looks like part of the bit that screws in to turn that opens the window has worn so it ... (cont.)

We have some older K&K windows and the cylinder that opens combines with the wheels to crank open the windows no longer works in most of them. I was wondering if you can just buy that replacement cylinder rather than buying the complete arm insert.
