I have several windows with non functioning window cranks. I believe they are Eagle windows. I have attached a photo of one of them. I watched your video regarding replacement. What i need is either replacement gear or complete assembly.

I need a new arm with a handle as the handle post is stripped. Let me know if additional photos are needed. Thank you Andrew

When we purchased out home one of the great features was the windows. All are Casement. Two of the window operators broke within a month of each other. Hi, I need to replace the operators (I think that's the right name) in several of my casement windows. The center threaded bolt doesn't seem to engage the gears when you turn the crank. I have Pozzi windows circa 2002. The gears are beginning strip on the mechanism to crank out the windows. I'm including a picture of the arm mechanism from one window and the gear mechanism from the window which needs replacement.

20810A is found on the linkage arm in above photo. The window needing this replaced is the left side window when looking at it from inside the house.

My crank mechanism shows a part number #40372 but I do not see this number on your web page. Which number do I order? Thanks you

The Marvin part number is 108155501 and it's from a casement window circa 1991. I believe the part number 39-032 is a match.

Hello can you tell me if this operator I have is the one you carry? Mine is also stamped 45179. I need a left and a right operator that includes the housing, handle and cover.

Crank out window. split arm, similar to pre 98 Anderson. Just replaced both pre and a post 98 andersons in my house. the split arm has same slide clip to connect to post can take better pic in morn if needed.

Hello...could you please identify and then recommend a replacement part for this broken casement part. I believe that the part markings (R) indicate that it is a right facing operating mechanism. I mention this because I will need a left facing operating mechanism as well...thanks Tom ... (cont.)

I need help with replacing a Kolbe & Kolbe window crank assembly. The gears are not engaging and the interior components keep coming unscrewed when trying to open or close the window.I just need the internal working mechanism as the arm and handle are fine. Thank you.
