I need help with replacing a Kolbe & Kolbe window crank assembly. The gears are not engaging and the interior components keep coming unscrewed when trying to open or close the window.I just need the internal working mechanism as the arm and handle are fine. Thank you.

I've been hunting online for 2 days now trying to find the replacement crank for a window we are fixing. It is an EntryGard Truth 20810, the other numbers on it are; 30744 & R30842. I need a replacement for an Truth EntryGuard. The other demensions are the same 10-3/4" on are and 4-7/16" on the arm. The offset on the arm with part #20810 is down on mine, I can not tell which direction the arm on 39-032 is.

We think they are made by Anderson - approximately 27 years old

We need to find replacements for all 4 cranks on our window. On the plate of the crank is the number 40471, the short arm has then number L30841. Both have the word Truth on them. The original number of our window is CCA30BW3W5W

My crank on the right side window of my Caradco window is broken apart and I need replacement for what looks like number 916 stamped in the frame and the hardware has ( 31538A ) Can you help me with info. ? Thanks Bernd

Looking replacement for this casement operator. Needs to open the opposite way.

Not sure of the brand on these operators. One is a dual arm split arm and the other is a split arm. Sizes are written on the photos. Thanks for your help!

The bolt in the picture enclosed is broken in the window Crank , do we need to change the whole crank mechanism or just this part? See attachment of broken operator please. Brought home one from HomeDepot but discovered the clip (top) w/o a # on it was 4 7/16 in.long versus mine at 3 13/16 in.
