Stamped on the assembly is "Truth" / Pat no. 4,840,075/ Made in USA. Also on one cogwheel is the number 3136 although I am not sure of the last digit. The house was built in 1996. Thank you for your help

Hello, I think I made a mistake in ordering a replacement part. The one I received is not the same as the one in the picture above. Can someone please help me order the correct replacement assembly>

I am looking for this part. Your suggested replacement part is 39-031, but that part has a nylon wheel and mine has a metal disk. I believe the nylon wheel on your part, will not fit my track. This is the window handle that allows the window to be opened.We require 4 if you can assist.I do not have a photo of it unassembled unfortunately.Thank you for your help.Jennifer

Hi Swisco- I'm looking for 2 styles of Truth operators from the 90's. What makes them unique is that they they have a mounting base that is only 1 1/4" deep rather than the current entrygards that are over 2" deep. I will attempt to attach a couple of photos. We moved into an old house at least 80 years old the window cranks are broken. The picture hopefully should show you what you need and the name on the arm was entrygard truth. Thanks Ed

The turn crank is strippedL30841 stapes on arm but need otherside.

I need the window crank replacement parts. The Truth numbers are 30830, L30841, and 30843L.

The mechanisms for both windows are stripped and no longer function. I'm looking to replace both but I'm not sure how to measure or if the numbers in the photos are helpful. Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thank you.

These Marvin windows are about 33 years old. The window operators no longer crank the windows open & shut. One has a number 30842R, the other is 30843L, I assume for Right and Left. The photo has the measurements and part numbers written on the paper.

I can open the windows but they won't close crank arm turns until they come out completely both left and right sides (2 windows) name on part says entrygard truth. Are these parts available and do I have to replace the whole operator or just the crank arm? All the teeth on the gears look good still. ... (cont.)
