39-036 Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator

We have a left and right entry gard truth crank mechanisms. Part no. 4.840.075. There's also another number near the gear, 31782L. If you flip the mechanism there are two additional numbers on the back of the pivot arm; 31368 and well as 20810.

We have replaced all of the operators in our home using part numbers 39-032 and 39-031 but this one is a different window size and the crank is in the middle of the window. Can you help determine the arm operator needed? Thank you

I'm sending pictures per your request to see if you can match a crank up for our windows. Need a left and right hand if available that will match up. Looking to change out the crank assembly so the window will close easily again.

I'm looking to have this whole mechanism replaced. The whole crank does not work. The brand is Truth. Some of the numbers on the parts of the mechanism are 30830, R30842.Thank you!

It has number on it looks like 30841L on the arm that comes off the gear. Thanks

I am in need of new hardware for a Certainteed Casement window installed in my home circa 1992. Windows are approximately 25-28 years old and look as new as the day they were installed. The unit is 4 7/16" wide but the long arm is 5.5" from Hole to hole. The only ones I can find are 3 15/16 or something like that.

This part comes up as a dual arm SWISCO #39-032 & 39-031 respective, which I have received delivery. Obviously, what I needed is a single arm w/ an "elbow". I would like a replacement crank. It has 3 screws and was installed approx 1990.

I am looking for a replacement for a single arm Truth window operator with R30842 listed on the arm. There is also a 308830 listed on the center of the base.

I ordered the replacement part 39-035 for the above part but my contractor is telling me it operates the wrong direction. I didn't notice an option for that part and had no idea it would be a factor. I need to get the correct part and possibly return the one I ordered.
