good day. Having trouble finding the existing crank I have. The reason I'm replacing is because having the window open the wind moves the window back and forth rather then the window keeping still. I'm thinking the pin has worn down. Also is there such thing as a crank extension ? My existing crank ... (cont.)

Could you identify this crank? It is attached to the window frame, not the sill. I can not find the 1/2 circle style, only rectangular ones that attach to the window frame like this. I am looking for 4 Right hand and 2 left hand with 9 1/2 inch arms. Thank you

Can I use the stop device on older model metal windows?

My casement window handles were stripped and did not work. Handyman bought new crank handle from Home Depot, and it almost immediately stripped as well (white one in picture. Looking for the peice that holds the crank and the slide goes through . It is 28 1/4 inches long and is held down by four screws . We get the crank outs from you and thought maybe you might have some way of getting them .
