Pivot window with hooks

i have three windows that will not hold when opened. Two have no grip at all and one has a partial grip in mid height. One has the bottom right pos broken all other posts are in tack

I have square block and tackle 24 inch balance assemblies marked 2310. Two of the assemblies are fine except for the fact that the spring inside broke. Do you sell just springs?
