39-058 Stanley Operator, Right Handed

I'm replacing 3 sets of hardware and wanted to find out what associated hardware would be good to replace with the crank? I want to replace as much of the plastic pieces as possible as the window is over 20 yrs old. Where does the shoulder bolt and shoulder bolt washer go?

Our home was built in 1958 (I think) and has the original awning Windows. Three of our crank mechanisms need to be replaced and I am not sure what to order. I have attached 3 photos. There is an ID inside the housing that says 1 RH. Can you help? Thanks so much! Alison

The window awning we have is similar to the Barton Kramer #234 Pan-Am Right Hand Operator

The window is made by Palm Beach. It's probably 50+ years old. Right hand crank is missing, and trying to replace it. Took one off another identical window. There are no markings on the operator that I can see. Several operators you have are almost identical (attachment holes spacing, etc.) exc ... (cont.)

We measured the crank and the dimensions match up except for the bottom two holes, which on your diagram is 7/8" but is wider (1 1/4") on ours. However I don't think that will be an issue since that is just a matter of making a different hole if needed. To clear my confusion, is ours the RH or LH ... (cont.)

Dear Sir or Ms., I have looked at all your window cranks and compared measurements to mine and the Stanley Operator Right Handed, Product Code 39-058 looks the same as mine and has all the correct measurements except for one: the offset arm extension is 2 3/8" on the Stanley while mine is 2 3/1 ... I have a right hand awning window crank I'm trying to replace. There are no part numbers nor manufacturer listed. Sorry, I am not familiar with the part number 10-8231. The best way to be sure that the 39-058 is the correct replacement for you would be to measure your existing operator and match it up against the dimensions in the 39-058 product image.
