I would like to replace this balancer with a #4. The windows were replaced and I need more tension. 3 windows x 2 each - 6 balancers 30 4. They measure just under 5/8" wide. Thank you

I am looking for replacement handles for 2 of these same doors. One left open and one right. The pin that holds the crank arm on to the piece that attached to the latch mechanism came out on one side and can not be realigned. I know this is an old style of crank closure. Window crank handle does not allow window spline to spin. I suspect that the black rubber/plastic is stripped. I have a condo in Florida and need window parts. The channel balance I came up with is 25" 390. 3 windows measure 31"x28" and 2 are 31" x 33". What option should I use? I have no way of measuring them. I also need some window glazin, picture in attachments.

I need to order 2 24" channel balances and the only marking is 2330

thestrings come from a unit in the top of the case and attaches to the windows allowing them to move and be in place. My window marking on my Anderson is Cig 2 3 94.6
