Looking for tilt sash latch for Pella encompass window

I have a hinge I believe is yours the part number on this hinge is 03030.67. If you do not carry the hinge itself anymore and don't have an easy-fit replacement, do you have replacement parts to rebuild the hinge? Thank you, Bob

If possible can you identify these coil spring balances?

I am Missing a few of these and it would be easier to acquire rather than fabricate.

Good afternoon, can you please help me identify these channel balances and point me in the right direction? they are 18.5 inches long (not including plastic end pieces) and the only marking I can find reads "1840-" They appear to be just over 1/2" wide. If you can't see in picture it has 1640 stamped in the back and 16 1/2 written in marker. Please let me know if you need any more information.Thanks John

Need to find a dark wood handle for this door.

I have the storm door handle pictured below. Does not work if the handle is pushed down in the normal manner. Only works if the handle is lifted up. Very inconvenient. I assume it's a spring, but cannot find one. Any suggestions? Thanks

I need to replace a window tilt latch. Your #26-471 (pr) looks like the correct one and the length & width match. While it appears my tilt is a snap in - only the very top of it sits atop the window (considered flush?) - I'm not sure how to remove it and install a new one. Can you advise how to r ... (cont.)

I need to replace both balance bar on one of my windows. the number on the case frame is 3240AG, with the letters B.S.I. stamped next it the right side of the numbers. The plastic fittings on the end of the case frame have broken off. Hence the reason I need replacements for both side. ... (cont.)
