Need this bearing for a two pane glass awning window. Do you have a local dealer near Tampa?

The screen door I have is 1/2" wide only allowing for a 3/8" wide roller. I could not find a width dimension on any of your rollers. Can you send me more information on your products?

Hello: Here are two pictures of the latch that is mounted in the jamb of our sliding door. As you can see, it is broken. The third picture is the lock mechanism on the sliding door itself. Would you please let me know if you can supply me a replacement latch. THANKS!

Hello! I need a new one of these from my window. The pressure component from one end has broken off and I can't get it to stay in place. I thought it was a type of drain??????? 1-7/16" from edge to edge.Thank you!Diane

Need to know if something like this is available. All the others that I see have a hole instead of a threaded pin connector.

Can you help to identify the hinge and operator hardware in the attached photos? It appears that the hinges could be sprung because the gap between the window and jamb on the left side(outdoor view) is about 1/4" and the right side is up against the jamb. I have the SGD LC40 or the LC50 according to the sticker. It there a schematic for the door? How do the rollers actually come out?Wanted to add, I've had the door completely out and there aren't any access holes for the rollers.

I cannot find replacement weep hole covers for my replacement windows. They are white plastic in a white frame. I thought they were Atrium windows but they are not.Here are photos of what I need. Thanks for your help if you can provide replacements.Charles

I can't crank my window closed once we I open it. No problem opening. 6 crank assemblies are stripped.
