The door is about 20 years old with no markings of the manufacturer. It is a steel roller with a steel concave wheel 1 1/4', 1/2" width and 1" high. The wheel cannot be adjusted up or down. My storm door is 1-3/4" thick. I bought a handle at Home Depot but the spindle is too short to connect the inside and the outside handles. Do you have a handle set that will reach ? My door is 1-3/4" inch thick

Looking to see if you have this part

The existing bars are 2 3/4 inches long total. The one hole from the locking end to the center of the hole is one and 5/8 inch. I found some that you have that have two slotted holes however it appears the center of the first hole is an inch and 3/4 back from the locking end. If you could please hel ... (cont.)

I have double hung windows and the balance shoe is no longer working on several of them. I don't see any kind of markings on them, which is why I'm sending the picture. Hopefully you can help.
