Hi there do you this type of internal window tilt latches ?

On the bottom of the handles is the number 45240 16. I have three awning casement windows. One is good. The others two need replacement handles and gears. One of the gears came out with the handle. The last window the handle rotated off. The initial problem is two of the windows would not crank ... (cont.)
