Hello - We need help replacing 17 hinges .

I need to replace this part for my tilt windows. I can't release the top sash to tilt in because this piece is missing. 1 5/16" from end to end Bottom middle tab 4/16"

Unable to locate these guides for truth window parts locking mechanism

Hi. My door opens fine. But when I try to shut it it does not go smoothly on the track - I have to lift up and drag it over. Am I missing screws? Would I need to have the rollers changed? Or maybe just the track lubricated? Please advise Thank you
