Hi, I need to replace the crank handle and hinge on a Milgard casement window series 3510.

There are two wheels on the bottom of this patio door. They are metal wheels inside of a plastic housing. This plastic housing is broken on one of these two wheels. Hello My spiral balance are 9/16 red top non tilt. The attachment at bottom of sash is missing. The rub block is still on top of sash. 24" tube length. What do I need for attachment at bottom of sash? Thank you!!!!

Hello, several of my windows are tilted and I've found that the window channel balances are broken. I'm trying to figure out what sizes I need. The marking on the balance says 2040 BSI NC. No part numbers or markings. This attaches to a spring. When the window is installed the pin goes into a hole to keep the balance in place. Do you carry a part like this?
