needing balance window replacements for 10 windows

Is the casing made of metal or plastic?

Hi, Please see the attached images, I have more that I can email, i tried to pick the five most useful. Unfortunately the only identification mark i can find is in image PXL_20240814_223642911 i think it says "Whitco" then "Calif" or something close. Thanks!

I need to source two replacement casement window operators. Left and right side. I couldn't determine the window brand and the only markings I saw on the device were the letters GU.

Do you have this part (I think it's a tie-bar keeper or retainer)? The rollers fit into it to hold the window closed. A lot of the parts for the casement window are Truth parts.

It states 14 5 HR Caldwell on the side Metal channel is about 15" long. Width of channel is about 9/16"

One of the kitchen windows has a broken balancing spring, and the other is missing a take out clip. A new spring and clip can be purchased at SWISCO.COM and are easily installed. The channels are stamped with the #2830. the metal housing is 29" long and 1/2" wide the balance shoe is 1" wide also need 4 top sash guides (1" wide)

Good Afternoon, My single hung window is not closing well and I will need replacement channel guides as I noted that one of the channel guides for the window has a snapped nylon rope. Balance length is 27" (just the metal part). The width is at least 1/2". I'm looking at the options and I'm debating between the 380 and 385. But I'm not sure how to measure the depth of the shoe?
