Probably Andersen, the windows are. Base of crank handle is broken. I think I need to replace the entire mechanism.

Trying to find replacement rod (s) for broken window. Hard to find. Appreciate your help

this is what I got 9/16 Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance with green bushing 28" and 25" long out of a pgt windows The windows are pritty heavy. 49 pounds.

Casement operator gear is stripped- Truth 40887 on arms but search does not find part (24 year old window). Single arm on left is 4". Double arm on right- far part is 5" above hinge. Please let me know if you need more info or photos.

This is for a bathroom, double hung window with a single window balance. The tip of the bronze coil spring broke. (This seems to be a recurrent issue with different windows and brands.) What do we need to order in order to repair the window (we've done this in the past). Thanks

I need weep hole covers for my MI Windows. According to MI, the window are General Aluminum 7050 vinyl windows. Some of mine are either missing the door to the weep hole cover, or the door is broken.

Greetings, I have an EMCO door handle on a door that was installed 24 years ago. Screw holes are 6 6/8 or 6 7/8". Is there a replacement for this handle available? Thank you
