Hi hope you can help the part in the picture is broken on 4 windows. Also on the same windows, the part where the widow is attached to the frame is breaking. Hello. We have the same issue (3) broken handles. Do you measure the arms as close as possible in the retract position? I measured at 22 1/2 inches.
