Top of door spring with steel ball to hold the door closed

Plastic piece that are located in both sides of the upper sash, they hold down the channel balance when opening and closing window. Old metal single pane windows. Please help, TY

I would like this in metal versus the plastic one that was provided by American Craftsman provided for their 70 Series Hopper.

I am looking to replace the right side window 11 lbs coil spring . I am not sure which part number to use from your website.

Total length is 5 inches. Door is 1 1/4 thick. Rollers are 1 1/2. The door is approximately 20 years old and I cannot find the manufacturer name anywhere so I was wondering if you could tell me if there is a replacement for this. Thank you

I found these parts that are not sufficient for window glass and need replacement. See pics. These are fire rated steel frame windows. Window weighs approximately 40-50lbs

These clips are located at the top and bottom of the lower window of our double hung windows. Several of them broke due to excessive sun exposure when we were replacing the window balances in a few of our windows. There are no names or markings on the parts. Replace a broken one

1940 steel basement window well right hand locking handle. length of handle is 3.5 inches.

Gear inside mechanism must be stripped! when Opening or closing crank its a dead spot and handle turns ,but window does not move!

I found the latch actuator, but now I actually need the part that actuates. and I need lots of them, early 2000s Alside windows double hung. this would be for the bottom windows. also any tips on how they are installed?

The first three pics are of the mechanism that is working. The last pic is of the broken gear which is visible because it pops out when you try to operate the open/close mechanism. The words TRUTH are printed on the arm that has the gear.
