Trying to find this type of balance

Need to replace a couple channel balances. They are 29" long and 9/16" wide (outside dimension) 1/2" wide (inside dimension). Stamped B.S.I 2840. Also need the plastic end caps for both ends. And the fittings or what ever fastenes the balance to the stationary window frame. Can you help? Thanks, T ... (cont.)

THE STICKER SAYS THESE ARE PLY GEM 700 SERIES. DATE ON STICKER IS 2002. THE HARDWARE PICTURED IS NOT DAMAGED. WE ARE REPLACING OTHER HARDWARE THAT IS DAMAGED. CAN YOU HELP ME IDENTIFY THE PART NUMBERS?
