Stanley part # 10-8231-RH two screws on top and bottom 5.25" apart. The gear pivot came loose but I don't have room to press it back in. Looks like I need replace. Do you have this part and can you direct me to installation video? Thanks

I have a Simonton double-hung replacement window with broken coil balances on the top and bottom sashes. The windows are approx 25 X 50 and each sash weighs about 15 pounds. This plastic piece held the closing arm against the window frame. The front of the plastic piece broke off and the closing arm does not stay in place without it. Thank you
