Dear Sir/Madam,I'm looking for a replacement latch for my broken Atria Tilt Window Latch. Latch is from a Atria Single Hung window that is about 22 years old. Latch measures about 2-5/8" X 11/16" X 3/8". Hope you can help.Bob

We have a truth hardware patio door handle that the interior door handle base plate broke. It have 3 inch and 15/16 between holes, plate is white 1 inch wide by aprox 10 inch long. Do you sell just the base plate

I ordered some 55-192 glazing bead, but it's not exactly what I need. It's really close but the locking groove is about 7/64" wide, but I need it to be 5/64" wide. Other than that, it's the same as the original stuff. Do you have anything that would work for me?

Hi, We have very old casement windows and the handles are starting to break off. Inside the handle, it says 45054. Do I need to replace the entire mechanism? It looks like this one is more than just the handle. What do you recommend? Eva

The gear at the handle is stripped and I am trying to find either another piece for the handle to attach to or a totally new operator that is the same.

Can't find these anywhere. My house was built 1987 I'm pretty sure these are the original windows.
