Looking for two window balances and their compatible top sash connectors. The metal section of the window balance is 27" x 5/8" x 1/2". The window is an older (1997) vinyl single-hung window. Number on the balance is "26 5".

When looking from the inside out , need 3 that window opens to the left and one window opens to right. Long extender bar measures approximately 81/2 inches. Can you help me out.

The springs that have broken in my windows measure 3/8" with black tip and are 27 1/2" in length. I don't see a black tip spring in the 3/8 charts. The window weighs 17.4 lbs. Can you suggest the correct springs I should be ordering from you. Tip color and length.

Need help identifying balancer for single hung wood window.

Plastic strips crack often. When we ordered the door we ordered extra strips from AluminArt in Sandstone. I have the invoice and it is showing item number as 15522 and it was purchased in 2009. Wondering if the strips are still available.
