Can you Identify this window roller.

Help please. My Dad had his windows and screens cleaned and the company lost a dozen of these clips. The windows are Pella and Dad had them installed in 1978 or '79.

looking for this gasket can't find anywhere maybe you could help. this rubber gasket goes around the glass double pain then fits inside of a metal frame. this for a basement window.thank robert

I have a storm door with an inside lock but no key on the outside and it has a decent amount of holes. Lock is on the bottom. Thank you for your help

Need to replace this pivot shoe. Spiral balance is colored red. Am not finding a cutout to remove pivot shoe. Is that common? Do I make a cutout near the top of the channel? Thank you, Bernie

Not sure on the manufacturer, this arm connects to a sweep lock and disengages the sash when turned to the "clean" function. Patent number is the only marking on it: 7.490.873 Thank you, Jason

The balance springs are 29 3/8 inches long. 1 1/4 deep and 5/8 inches wide. (Please see attached photos for confirmation). I've attached additional photos of the clips on both sides as well as the makings on the casing. I will need 2 springs.
