My pivot pin broke and I need to replace them. I do not know the manufacturers name. I can tell you it is for a bottom sash numbered 014807.01.00.01 and the product code is 04830702.0001SM There is an addition number on the sticker 712DHS. I am sending a picture also.

I have Milgard crank out windows installed in 1996. The corkscrew mechanism inside the piece that the handle sits on top of which turns to let you open and close the window is broken. Trying to find this sash lock to replace one on a 20 year old window.

The picture is of the corroded arm on an Anderson casement window. I don't know the age. We live on the coast so that may be the reason for the corrosion.
