Not sure on the manufacturer, this arm connects to a sweep lock and disengages the sash when turned to the "clean" function. Patent number is the only marking on it: 7.490.873 Thank you, Jason

The balance springs are 29 3/8 inches long. 1 1/4 deep and 5/8 inches wide. (Please see attached photos for confirmation). I've attached additional photos of the clips on both sides as well as the makings on the casing. I will need 2 springs.

Window handle broken. Part inside that keeps fork straight is broken, which doesnt allow bolt to fully unlock. Will need to lock lever.

I am looking for the bottom frame piece for the pic attached. It is the top stationary window that has locks that are attached but I am missing from the other window. Second picture shows my window complete and showing what I am missing on the first picture.

The balance is broken and will not hold the window up.

Operator has the numbers 1521604 stamped on it. It was installed approximately 1994. Gray in color. The measurements seem to match part number 39-390.
