A pivot bar on my window snapped off. IMG_2316.jpeg has measurement details as well as the broken part shown; the only markings are either a 9 or a 6 in a circle with 2 alignment (?) lines near the outer end of the bar IMG_2323;and IMG 2320 shows the intact pivot bar in place (minus screws). Hello, I have unfortunately have a non-tilting window that has lost its channel balances. What should I be measuring or checking to try and determine what the last channel balances were?
