I need a non-tilt balance.The width is 1/2 in. The length is 20inches. I believe the model I need is the s385 as the heel to toe measurement is slightly more than an inch.

I returned Pivot Shoe 15-192 because it has extended rails/guides either side, making it not a suitable fit for my 2007 Simonton brand windows. Hi! I have two broken pivot bars and trying to find a replacement. The piece/bar that goes into the pivot when placing the window into the frame has snapped off. I had a new plygem warranty door installed, but the locking mechanism doesn"t match. The door won't lock. (There is a top opening not captured in the door frame). The company has not been returning my calls/email. I would like to purchase the matching door frame part, but can't find this set-up/manu ... (cont.)

These are the clips that lock the sash in place on the spring mechanism. The windows are made by Harvey, if that helps.

The metal barrel is broken in a few of my existing shoes. I did not see a shoe that looks the same as what I have. Are the barrels interchangeble such that I could just get new metal barrels? Or do you have a part that would work? Width is 1-1/4" and thickness is 1/2".
