Casement windows are about 20 years old, both left side out

I'm looking a replacement handle for my broken patio door. It is a 4 and 15/16 hole size. I was also wondering if there is anything out there that's more of an upgrade or a different style? I have a truth 45251 but I can't find an exact match to the dimensions. The arm is 41/2" and all I can find is a five or a three inch. The rest of the dimensions match. Thanks.

I think I need a new handle set. Or maybe a new mortise lock. My wife and I got locked inside our house recently when our door malfunctioned. The lock locked and the knob would not retract it. So we don't use the lock and we're locking the door with a bamboo pole. What do you recommend? ... (cont.)
