Hi, these windows were installed in the house when it was built in 1997. The pictures show the bottle shoe and the upper piece that I think is attached to a balance that is internal and not accessible that I can see. Rollers are flat and made of nylon/plastic. The holes in the window frame are 1 1/4 X 3/8 inch.

This is the part at the bottom of the window that locks into the spring "counter weight ".
