Vinyl window jamb liner

I went to open one of our windows at the cottage and one side of the spring assembly broke. The spring unit is a Unique 24-D-40. Over all length of the assembly is 26" end to end as per the picture. I would be looking to getting up to 8 assemblies as this is what I would need to replace for all 4 ... (cont.)

Swisco, a Swisco.com help agent thought my coil assembly looked like your Series 140. My sash weighs 16 pounds. What about the pivot bar? It's 2-1/2" long and the first hole is 1-1/4" from the working end.

How do I remove this door? I don't see any rollers or anything
