HI Please FOR REPART THE WINDOWS,

Can you help me identify the weatherstripping in the attached pictures? They came from an Integrity window and snap into the jambs of the window frame.

I've attached a picture of the balance spring and pivot shoe. I need a replacement spring.

Unfortunately I found no markings anywhere (looked at glass, sill, and everywhere else I could think of, but nothing found). Only thing I know is that these are Pella windows because the cranks have the Pella brand on it. Left window works poorly (crank is loose and only operates if I pull on it wh ... (cont.)

The window was purchased from Viking Lumber in Belfast Maine in 2011-2012. Matthews Brothers was the manufacturer. I have a number of manual windows that are hard to open/close. The gears on the one pictured are completely "frozen"; we're hoping to buy one, and if it works, then proceed to order more (both left and right cranks). Hello! I also have a forever door. I need to replace the broken latch. I am unable to remove the broken part even though the screws have been removed so I figure I'll have to use some force.
