This window no longer stays open. I am a complete novice. These windows were installed by a contractor in approximately 2008 and I do not know the manufacturer. It appears that the shoe is broken and no longer engages the balance mechanism. Can I just purchase a replacement shoes? Is this something ... (cont.)

I need two replacement cranks. The numbers on the broken ones are: 30615 30894 Canada 1986 pat. 2135397, 30614 30893 Canada 1986 pat. 2135397, There are for s left and right window setup.

Not sure what brand window was installed by builder,but this guide bar locks into window sliders. When window in opened for cleaning it can be removed from frame

I need help identifying which balance to buy. This came out of a Milgard vinyl window that was installed 20 years ago. The stamp reads 25 5, then it looks like a stamp B.S.I. RK. The plastic foot at the bottom is just under 1 1/8" deep. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Jon ... (cont.)

Hi, I need two 1490 18 block and tackle sashes for a Viking non tilt window. Is this something you would carry.

This top sash guide came off my window and I can't find it anywhere. It's broken so I'm unsure of the top square measurement. I ordered item number 18-172 and it is smaller than mine. Mine is about 3/4" thick where the one I ordered is 1/2". Please help!

Hello, I'm kind of confused. The balance has a stamp # 26-4. The length is 27" and the top and bottom taps are winged. Can you direct me to the correct balance? Thanks.

These Channel Balances are winged at the top and bottom and are stamped as follows:86 29-3 KAS CMC 2. The channel balance on the left was mounted under the pulled out metal tab while the one on the right was mounted all the way to the top of the window channel beyond the metal tab. I can't seem to find any way to adjust this window... It seems to be hanging very low... The operator arm on the lower part does not seem to be putting any tension to help hold the window up and aligned. I can push up on it when it gets back. Or crank "fast" to get it to pop shut.
