It is for a Non-Tilt Window, and the Length is 27", and the Width is 1/2". The Bottom Fitting is 1".

This window has a swivel retaining pin at the bottom, but the upper retaining guides are broken.Out of two identical windows, all 4 retainers/ guides are broken, so I have no idea what they look like intact.
