Screen Door Rollers 1" diameter x 1/4" wide. Can't figure out how to remove it. I've tried backing adjusting screw out, screwing adjusting screw in and unit won't budge. It doesn't appear to be the type that clips on to pins in the aperture. No apparent markings

Hi, I wanted to include some additional info on this prior request for weatherstripping replacement on this aluminum sliding patio door, see attached pics. We have a single hung PGT window that we need to replace the balances. The existing balance is a double with coil balance. It has .13 stamped on the side. Can you help identify what parts we need? Thank you!

I need to have my casement operator identified to order a replacement. I added two photos showing the operator closed with its cover and the operator exposed.

Hi, I need help identifying the parts in the attached images. This is the base of the window spiral balance hardware. The house was built in 1998.

On the long arm of the window crank is stamped "Entry Gard Truth"; on the shorter arm is stamped "20810". The longer arm on the left is approximately 9.5" long. The arm on the right that attaches to the window is approximately 4.5" long, while the shorter arm on the right that attaches to the cran ... (cont.)

I could not find any label on the window. Andersen is stamped on the crank arm but no serial number. There was a stamp on the side of the window 12 84. I think these were put in during the late 70's early 80's. Can you assist in identifying what Andersen Operator Set I should order? ... (cont.)

I have Milgard windows and several of the balances have failed. The number on tha balance is 26-4 KX CMC 7. The shoe and top have wings 15/16 of an inch wide. The shoe's depth is is 1 1/16" or 1 3/32". I am hoping you can help me find a replacement balance for these windows. Please let me know ... (cont.)

Window sash says " Acadia w+d 2000" on the metal separating both panes of glass. I need upper and lower balances for both sides.
