25" length 9/16 wide Stamp 25 4 (pk and BSI) Single hung, vertical slide window Unfortunately I do not know the window type or date (pre 2013 for sure) The balance is broken, so I don't have a photo of the metal clip at the bottom

Changed skirting and had strips above that clip on top skirting that clips on but corners need pieceto close all skirting and backing together

The brand window is a Summit series 8880 The metal piece is 26 11/16 inches long. The width is either 1/2 inch or 9/16 inches. It is kind of in between the 2 measurements. The plastic locks on both sides of the windows at home are broken. I don't know where to buy accessories to repair them.

These parts permit window tilting. Tend to be break at the screw mount
