I don't know what this is called. The plastic part with two spring tensioners has to screw into that part. The metal piece is broken and will not work. What are these parts named and do you sell them?

Mobile home has this glazing bead with what appears to be 3 legs,,, part of the bead was buried behind the single strength glass and the silicon was holding tight, causing most the legs to break off upon removal. Good morning. The window is located in a ocean community home so rusty is an issue. I need left hand and right hand operators, tracks and hinges. Hinges for top and bottom please. It's a bay window that still has the glass sealed. Amy help is appreciated

From a sliding screen door - top hung.

There are two of these latches on either side of the window. The slide from the inside out after removing the thumb switch. I'm not sure what the manufacturer or even the age of the windows. If I had to guess, they are >10 years old and are budget quality.

Looking for milgard casement window operators parts number stamped on #40753 on long arm, #31538A on short arm. The subject windows are approximately 25 to 30 years old and The operators were worn out. Please quote, thank you, Tom
