My name is Glenn and I need to replace a right side broken corner pivot bar (shown in above pictures) but I don't know the part number or type of fold out vinyl window I have. I seem to have the same problem with Channel Balance marked 3635. I assume they were special order for a local Builder (Divosta) who built thousands of homes with Norandex windows. The roller housing is 2 3/16" long, 1/2" wide, and 1 5/16" height.

Tab pushes into slot in window frame. Thumb screw pushes screen frame outward to seal on window opening flange. Thank You!

I have numerous balancers and shoes that need replaced. The channel balancers are for tilt windows with a plain channel. They measure 27" long and are stamped 27B. The shoes are stamped with the following patent number. 4810108.

Hi! Hoping to identify the replace for this crank (need both right and left hand versions for two windows). The arm has the number 30382 on it. 358-1R is on the plate installed in the window.
