I want to replace window pane that has Aluminum Screw Receivers on top. Do you have a replacement part for this? It allows window pane to securely fasten the wood frame.

Hi, the spring is about 27 inches long. Window sash weights about 22 pounds. The springs shows numbers 26 9 JW CMC 7. Can you tell me what part to purchase as a replacement?

Is this enough in for you to identify the pivot bars I need?It's also possible I ordered some before, maybe under my e-mail address?Bill

Install in 2009. Four windows. All balances having issues. THD saying they cannot find parts. Can you help. Not sure I can remove the part. They are heavy wood windows.

Hi, I'm pretty sure this is an S385. Please verify. Also, the metal part is 25 .5" so I am unsure of replacement with a 25 or 26. Last, the window is 24.5 pounds, so option 2450- yes? Best regards,

Looking for a replacement key cylinder for this older sliding door handle. 3 15/16" screw hole and aprox 1 1/8" door thickness. Aprox 7/16" diameter for the cylinder.

No Brand name or part number. Would like to see if you sell a lock body or a complete new assembly with lever handles. No manufactory name on the storm door or lock body. I can take measurements if needed. Thank you!! Dan

What is the Swisco part number for the left and right latch for the Prism latch in the photo?

No making that I can find. They slide into the top of the bottom sash. No screws. 2 7/8 inches long and 3/4 inches wide.

The channel length is 25 5/8 inches. The channel width is 1/2 inch. The stamp is "25 5 BS1 pf"

Hi, do you happen to have any window lock that can work with what I have in the attached pictures? The catch and lock (pardon me if terminology wrong) need to both go on the same window edge and the catch then latches onto a little bar in between the two panels. Thanks for any help. Jane ...
