Any ideas on this glazing bead

I'm searching for a replacement cam handle for an aluminum vent window.

Please help identify the correct window balance I need based on the pictures. The length of the metal rode is 27 inches. The weight of the window is 13.8 pounds. Does the number m 26-2 mean anything? Hello My top window Wil not stay closed. I'm not sure what series I have.i will also need the tool to charge and install the new balance. Upper window measurement is 23"x5/8 and lower is 25"x5/8. These are the broken coil balance spring ends from the right side of an older vinyl double hung window. Traco, I think. Both spring ends have a 7# marking & what looks like "CMC 36, 35".
