One of the panels in the aluminum.horizontal casement jalhousie window has come loose. The rivet has sheared and the plastic harness is broken. Need the plastic harness with a metal cover. I can fix it to the vertical link using nut and bolt.

I have a truth casement window that is not closing tight.. the bar guide breaks because the window is so out of alignment. How do you adjust? It's the 31850 system.

Hello do you have these parts?? Two of the pieces are 52 inches long and have 5240 stamped on them. There is also an "FH" stamped on those. One of them is 60 inches long and has 6040 stamped on it. That one also appears to have "FI" stamped on it.

I am looking for the attached guide for my sliding patio door.

metal channel length is 19.5 inches I am looking for installation instructions. In the house I bought these were in a cabinet and not in the windows.
