Hi I added two photos. I need the entire new set. I want to get the new set with key turn too. What is everything I should buy?

This Milguard lever is about 2 1/2" in length. The 2 little tabs on the end of the lever broke off. Can you please suggest a replacement? I saw one of your products that looked very similar... but it did -not- have the 4 "teeth" on the shaft. Thank you

Hey, I have this ballance that is about 23 years old. The double hung windows open inward and can pop out. They dont stay open so I assume I need to replace it. The rope in the picture is what connects to the bottom of the window. What replacement parts should I get as I can't find these anywhere. T ... (cont.)

It's a Tackle Window Balance I believe... milgard made a number is stamped on it #2140 The spring has sprung and it's off its track need two r-l window size width -34"xheight 46"

The short arm on left has a number 358-2 . The longer arm that attaches to the window is approximately 12 1/4 " long.

I need to replace a broken deadbolt latch for an Schlage Encode deadbolt lock. The number on the part is HJ A1723. I broke the original latch while trying to install the lock.

This is the top window and both sides are broken. I would like to get a part number to replace them if possible. Is it a double or tripple spring?

Hello: Our worn-out window crank mechanisms are stamped TRUTH. One has number 31272, and another has the number 40887. A third one has no visible number. They seem have the same or very near the same measurements. Photos are attached. Can you offer help to us? Thank you.

Right arm fell out of window

Simonton coil balance replacements needed for 2 lower sash windows and one upper sash. Double coils they are. Bottom sash weights 21.7 lbs. I want to get the correct coils. Coil spring S159 is this ok? Double coil support 15-256. Pivot shoe 15-259. Pivot bar 26-083 needed? Numbers on window frame 62 ... (cont.)

Hi This crank no longer catches along the teeth/wheels and I am trying to replace it. The window was installed in 2000 by a contractor during a renovation so it may be off brand/no label. This screen is in a track that snaps onto the outside of the door. I am looking to see if you have the track that i can buy, cut and mount the screen myself.
