This is a stainless steel linkage arm from a vinyl casement window approximately 4 3/4 from hole to hole a cast with little teeth on the other end has broken off. I believe it was about an inch and a half long.

Need a right and left replacement coil and pivot shoe and 2 pivot bars for my Simonton upper sash...Windows were manufactured circa 2006. Coil assembly is approximately 1 7/8 wide. I when I uploaded the photos they were fine, when I downloaded them 2 turned black (?) very old window, arm actually fell out of the crank portion. Arm is 9 1/2" from middle of arm button to middle of circle in crank wheel. Platform that screwed into base of sill has 4 screw holes and is 4" wide. ... (cont.)

Window was made 2019, 1 of the coil balance springs broke. I'll replace them all, but need to know the correct part to order. I think 4.5 indicates the weight, but not entirely sure.

Hello. Need a pair of channel balances for a single hung aluminum window (older models I think). Window is likely over 20 years old. The size of the aluminum balance is 23" (not including plastic tips). Can you help me figure out which ones I need? Thanks

I am looking for a replacement lock for my Pella 750 Series sliding patio door. The spring the holds the latch open to receive the hasp is broke. Ideally I would replace just the spring but have found no good replacement. I have not been able to find this anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. ... (cont.)

The keeper is 2 7/8 inches long and about 1/2 inch high. The pivot lock shoe is about 2" high. Hard to see the width because the edge is hidden but it looks like about 1 1/8".
